How to answer three fundamental questions that lead to profound transformation
If you want to take action that leads to profound transformation, you should start by asking three essential questions. This method will help you uncover the answers.
If you want to take action that leads to profound transformation, you should start by asking three essential questions:
What do I want to change?
What do I want to create?
What is truly possible?
To answer them, simply follow this easy seven-step method.
1. Create a space and find your spot
Make yourself a space in a room, ideally giving yourself a few square meters, and mark the corners. You’ll need a few pieces of card or small sheets of paper and a thick pencil. Now enter this space and find the place where you feel most comfortable. Now mark that spot with a card labelled “I”.
2. Find three spots, one for each question
Now, find a spot for each question, and let your body and your intuition guide you. Mark each spot with a card that has the relevant question written on it.
3. Let the insights arise
Walk between those spots. Take your time, stay with them, and wait for the answers to arise. Note them down. Change places, continuing this process. Do this for as long as required, until the process comes to a natural end.
4. The fourth and the fifth spot: universe and nature
Find two additional spots, one for universal intelligence and one for nature.
5. Continue exploring
With those additional perspectives, follow your inner conversation like you did in step three. Visit all the marked spots, not only the fourth and fifth ones. Let those new perspectives change your previous realizations. Do this until once again the process comes to its natural end.
6. Ask for the next step
Go to the spot for universal intelligence and ask for the next steps you should take. Wait patiently until the answer arises within you. Be aware of your ego and your emotions, as they might disturb your communication with your inner voice.
7. Closing
Go to the first spot, the “I”. Let the whole process of moving between each spot take place once again. Think about how you experienced it in the beginning: what changed?
